Juice: Brewers Yeast

Scientists have found that different strains of yeast produce different amounts of methyl vs ethanol alcohol, and percentages of alcohol.

Brewers yeast has been specifically selected for brewing beer, but will work for our purposes as well.

I'm guessing it produces a lower amount of methanol than our bread yeast and almost certainly produces a better alcohol than just grabbing whatever yeast happens to be floating by à la pruno.

All of these recipe's are pretty much the same. I put in a different video, just for fun. This one has the air lock I was talking about.

The airlock seems nice, but I don't think it's needed. Plus it will interfere if you put it in a cooler.
