If you are paying attention, you may have noticed he doesn't seem to get rid of the foreshots. (the part containing the menthol alcohol).

I'm wondering if it's because he's doing it on a smaller scale, and there isn't enough to kill him, or make him blind?


Love the idea of the cooler to keep things warm, and the bottle to add warmth.

This would work with the apple juice bottles as well. I think it went so slow because it was too cold.

The corn in the recipe above is for flavor only. Leave it out if you are making vinegar. Some recipes do use corn as the main sugar but you need the extra step of converting the corn's starch into sugar.

Easiest way would be to use straight sugar, water and yeast. Better yet, you might not need to even distill it.

Eggshells can help with ph levels.
