Bokashi Compost
There isn't much of a difference between starting a regular fast compost pile, and one that includes Bokashi, so I won't explain it here.
My main interest is will the bokashi break down as quickly as food that has not been processed this way.
Another interesting question would be after the pile is no longer hot, how soon can you add worms to the pile, and have them feed on the Bokashi? (like an Aerobic Digestor, but outside). My first experiment with an 'Aerobic Digestor' was a bit of a Nightmare. Too many maggots.
I can imagine this coming in handy when you have a bug out location. You might go up for a week at a time, and start a few compost piles with table scraps you bring. At the end of the week, you could add some red wigglers, and have finished compost when you come back.
