Bee Keeping

This guy mentions something interesting. You an make more money in the Ozarks (everywhere?) farming honey then cattle. land is almost ruined from forestry cutting, get cheap? Is it possible to buy cheap land, set up hives and pant flowers/trees, and just leave it, coming back to harvest / check up every few months? Good way to get started.
